About Ali

Welcome to Ali Cooper Fitness. Our aim is to inspire and empower you to live a fit, healthy, and happy life while offering tips, tricks, and inspirations for the whole family. Our founder, Ali Cooper, is a Personal Trainer, Corporate Wellness Consultant, sports coach, Pilates teacher, avid runner, and mother with over 22 years of experience.

Her well-known clients include Grammy-nominated and Brit-winning The 1975 band, GB 3-day Event rider Piggy March, Irish 3-day Event rider Susie Berry, lifestyle and beauty blogger Fleur De Force, and multi-world record runner Angela Copson.

At Ali Cooper Fitness, we believe in a holistic approach to fitness, where mental and physical health goes hand in hand. With numerous qualifications in Personal Training, Pilates, Nutrition, Public Health, Children's fitness and health, and Sports Coaching, Ali and her team offer a range of training options. From corporate wellness packages, one-on-one personal training, small group training, and online coaching. We cater to all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes.

As a keen equestrian herself, Ali understands the importance of rider fitness and how it can improve performance and prevent injury in both horse and rider. We're excited to announce that in 2022, Ali Cooper Fitness will be the home of Equestrian Fitness, where we'll be sharing our expertise in this area.
