With numerous qualifications in Personal Training, Pilates, Nutrition, Children's fitness and health, and Sports Coaching, Ali has become a highly sought-after fitness professional with over 22 years of experience. Her commitment to her own fitness is evident, as she competes in running as an elite marathon runner, in cross country, and on the track.

In addition to her extensive fitness qualifications and experience, Ali Cooper also holds a Master's degree in Public Health. With this knowledge, she brings a unique perspective to her work in the fitness industry, understanding the importance of a holistic approach to health and well-being.
